A mapping table class is an assembly of characteristics that define a group of mapping tables or subscriber mapping tables with the same structure. This master data is part of the pricing catalog owned by a service provider.

A mapping table class is defined by:

• An identifier which is unique in SAP CC
• An owner, which is the name of the pricing catalog it relates to
• A text description which contains a human readable definition of the charging logic implemented
• Additional information which enable to store information used by an external system but not by SAP CC internal processes
• A set of input columns that contains at least one column and at most four columns. Each column is defined by:
  • A name is uniquely defined for the considered mapping table class and identifies this column
  • A description which contains a human readable definition of the data it contains.
  • A type, which can be:
    • string
    • SAP currency
• A set of output columns that contains at least one column and at most fifteen columns. Each column is defined by:
  • A name is uniquely defined for the considered mapping table class and identifies this column
  • A description which contains a human readable definition of the data it contains.
  • A type, which can be:
    • string
    • number
