Evaluating Users by Logon Date and Password Change

Use the RSUSR200 report to determine the date of the last logon and whether users have changed their initial passwords.

Procedure

  1. Start the report in the User Information System (transaction SUIM) by choosing Start of the navigation pathUsers Next navigation step By Logon Date and Password ChangeEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Enter the required data.

    The No. days since last logon and No. days since password change selection criteria mean that at least the specified number of days has passed since the last logon or password change.

    You can use the following selection options to restrict the result list:

    • Selection by the validity of the user
    • Selection by user locks
    • Selection by logon attempts
    • Selection by user type
    • Selection by the status of the password

  3. Choose Execute.

Results

The following tables explain the entries in the Date of Last Logon and Password Status columns of the result list.

Date of Last Logon
Value Explanation

Not in Use

The user hasn’t yet logged on to this system.

Date, such as 13.11.2017.

The user last logged on at the specified date.

Password Status
Value Explanation

The user changed his or her password on the date specified in the Date of Last Password Change column.

The user hasn’t logged on to the system since the user administrator set or changed the password. The Date of Last Password Change column indicates when the administrator changed the password.

The password has been deactivated. The Date of Last Password Change column indicates when the password was deactivated.
