Both administrators and developers work in the SAP NetWeaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI) perspectives in the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.
Some administration activities can be performed directly in the Developer Studio:
● Creating workspace folders and workspaces in the Design Time Repository (DTR).
● User administration for the DTR.
Other administration activities are performed with separate tools that are not part of the Developer Studio.
For working with the NWDI, you use the following perspectives:
● Design Time Repository Perspective
● Development Configurations Perspective
Make sure you are familiar with the development steps you need to take to successfully develop using the NWDI. For more information, see Development Scenarios with Development Infrastructure.
