In Personnel Development (PA-PD-QR, PA-PD-AP) you can destroy data relating to qualifications and appraisal documents when the defined retention duration has expired.

In Talent Management and Talent Development (PA-TM) you can archive and destroy data relating to talent profiles, talent groups, job families, and talent review meetings.

Prerequisites

To be able to create retention rules in Retention Management for SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), you need to switch on the ILM business function.

Procedure

  1. Destroy the data using the corresponding archiving objects.
