Supported Terminals

The only supported terminal by GK/Retail OmniPOS is the Adyen Terminal. Adyen software has its own PCI validation. The EFT device is connected to Adyen software.

Adyen offers two methods of integration. One is the Java Native Interface (JNI), which is delivered within the external libraries of the POS, and the other is the REST API, accessed by HTTPS. The web service call components are also delivered in the external libraries of the POS (via WS library).

It is possible to also connect other terminals to the GK/Retail OmniPOS, e.g. for test purposes the virtual terminal.
