A troubleshooting section that refers to the logs and traces and to the remote connection tool was added to the documentation. The installation setup is very customer-specific, so GK provides an individual troubleshooting guide to every customer. This document will be created together with the customer during training sessions.

Storemanager provides fast, secure, and on-demand access to all remote applications for end-user support from anywhere in the world, at any time. The application is accessible and can be administered using Storemanager. To open Storemanager via web start, enter the following address into the web browser of your choice: http://IP:8091/jnlp/smclient.jnlp.
