Viewing the Log for Models Synced to SAP Cloud ALM

View the synchronization log for models (diagrams) synced to SAP Cloud ALM to monitor and troubleshoot the sync process.

Prerequisites

You've started a synchronization process for a model as described in Manually Syncing BPMN Models to SAP Cloud ALM or Enabling Automatic Syncing to SAP Cloud ALM.

Context

After you sync your BPMN model to SAP Cloud ALM, you can use the synchronization log to do the following:

  • View the status of the synchronization.

  • Access the model directly from SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.

  • If the sync fails, view the error message to troubleshoot the issue.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub sidebar, select Reporting.
  2. Select the SAP Cloud ALM Synchronizations tab.
  3. Review the table that contains detailed synchronization information, including:
    1. The date and time of syncing
    2. Links to the models
    3. Synchronized revision
    4. The source and type of the sync
    5. Sync status
    6. A description containing the error message (in the case of sync failure)
