Viewing Requirements in SAP Signavio
View requirements from SAP Cloud ALM in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.
Prerequisites

You have synchronized a diagram (model) from SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub to SAP Cloud ALM either manually or automatically. For more information, see Manually Syncing BPMN Models to SAP Cloud ALM or Enabling Automatic Syncing to SAP Cloud ALM.

Your workspace administrator has enabled synchronization of requirements from SAP Cloud ALM. For more information, see Synchronizing Requirements from SAP Cloud ALM.

You have published the solution process in SAP Cloud ALM. For more information, see Publishing a Process in SAP Cloud ALM in the SAP Cloud ALM - Application Help guide.

You have assigned the solution process to a project and scope in SAP Cloud ALM. The scope needs to have Custom Solution scenarios enabled. For more information, see Creating Projects and Managing Scopes in the SAP Cloud ALM - Application Help guide.

You have created requirements in SAP Cloud ALM and assigned them to the solution process. For more information, see Creating Requirements in SAP Cloud ALM in the SAP Cloud ALM - Application Help guide.

You have the Business Process Diagram (BPMN 2.0) notation set enabled in two places:

In SAP Signavio Process Manager in the Setup section Define notations/attributes, you have to enable Business Process Diagram (BPMN 2.0) as a modeling language.

In SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, in the Diagram Page section, you have to enable the Requirements element for Business Process Diagram (BPMN 2.0). For more information, see Manage Diagram Page.

Context
A requirement defines a business expectation that must be fulfilled. Requirements represent business needs from a customer perspective that the standard solution does not meet. For more information, see Requirements in SAP Cloud ALM.
You can use the synchronized models to view a list of Requirements from SAP Cloud ALM in SAP Signavio, grouped by project and scope. This list gives you an overview of all the important information from SAP Cloud ALM in one place. You can also go directly to SAP Cloud ALM to create more requirements or update the existing ones.
Procedure
To view requirements from SAP Cloud ALM in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, follow these steps:

Select Shared Documents from the navigation panel in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.

Select the synchronized model for which you want to view the requirements.
The display page for the model opens.

Select Requirements to expand the section.
Any requirements assigned to a solution process in SAP Cloud ALM appear in this section. You can see information such as the scope, ID, title, the process element to which the requirement is assigned, status, and the responsible person.

Select a requirement to view more details. The requirement opens in a side panel.

(Optional) Select View details to view or edit the requirement in SAP Cloud ALM.
Next Steps (Optional)
After you review the list of existing requirements, you can create new requirements using the Create button. The system navigates you to the SAP Cloud ALM page for requirements.
You can also view the timestamp of the last synchronization of the requirements from the upper right corner of the Requirements table.
