You can use the HR: Payment Details archiving object (HRPA_PYDTL) to destroy all personal data relating to various payments loans once a specified retention period has expired.

This archiving object destroys data from the following infotypes:

Note Note

The archiving object also destroys dependent data such as the text entries from the cluster table PCL1. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in Archive Administration (transaction SARA).
