Destroying Data on Company Instructions for Employees Using HRPA_INSTR
You can use the archiving object HR: Company Instructions
(HRPA_INSTR
) to destroy data on company instructions for employees. The archiving object destroys data from infotype Company Instructions
(0035).

If a legal case related to a company instruction for an employee is not yet closed, you can block the relevant data records from being destroyed. To do so, in the Legal Hold
infotype (3246), put a legal hold on the employee's data (subtype 0176). For more information, see Legal Hold.
