You can use the HR: Internal Medical Service archiving object (HRPA_INTMS) to destroy all data about the internal medical service once a specified retention period has expired. The archiving object destroys the data about accidents, illnesses, or examination results from the infotype Internal Medical Service (0028).

Note Note

The archiving object also destroys dependent data. To display an overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in Archive Administration (transaction SARA).
