Structure of Commission Contract The commission contract is shown in the commission management menu using a tab index where the agreements are displayed on tab pages.
The screen for commission contract administration is divided up into tab pages. This means that all the contract data and agreements can be represented according to the needs of each particular user group and according to the business aspect required. You can adjust the tab pages to suit your personal requirements, and you can decide which type of agreement you want to use.
All tab pages have the same header and a data part whose content is determined by each agreement.
The header includes the following data in the customer delivery:
Information on the
commission contract number
Commission contract partner name and address data
Standard contract number
You can change the structure of the header to suit your own requirements.
When creating and processing commission contracts, you should set the status to
not active
. You can then specify the time when the commission contract becomes active and is transferred to commission management. As long as a commission contract is set to
not active
, you cannot determine any agreements for this contract or create any documents. You can set commission contracts to pending, as appropriate.
You can process the following agreements:
The screens have the same layout, however the fields can be controlled in different ways according to the menu path (

(depending on whether the fields are input, output or display fields).
In addition to this, you can hide or display fields or flag them as required fields depending on the selected standard commission contract and the contract type.
Some screens are informational only, as the agreements apply throughout the group (for example, valuation) and cannot be changed for individual commission contract partners.
The screens described here are examples only, as you can change the structure and content as part of implementation (see the BDT Developer's Manual ).
