Processing Agreements for Contract Relationships

Use

In this section, you specify the contract relationships between commission contract and commission contract partner. Contract relationships can appear in different, individual contractual relationships. You maintain the contractual relationship here in the commission contract.

Procedure

Maintain Contract Relationship to Higher-Level Partners

  1. To process the contract relationship between the commission contract and the higher-level commission contract partner, enter the required data.

  2. The assignment is always made from the lower-level commission contract partner. The participation role of the higher-level commission contract partner shows the contractual relationship with the lower-level commission contract partner.

  3. You can use the value help to select participation roles (e.g. Manager) and choose certain distribution categories (e.g. basis value splitting) according to the participation role.

Displaying Contract Relationships for Lower-Level Commission Contract Partners

  1. The system displays the lower-level commission contract partners for the commission contract, and the corresponding commission contracts.

  2. Depending on the commission contract, you receive an overview of all lower-level commission contract partners and their assignment to the higher-level commission contract partners.
