Processing Communication AgreementsIn this section you assign correspondence variants to the commission contract partner. The control parameters defined in a correspondence variant are evaluated when you start the correspondence run and are used accordingly. A correspondence variant consists of correspondence types (correspondence items).
In Customizing for Incentives and Commission Management, you have defined the definition of the interval, the send type, and the number of print-outs or copies (
Commissions -> Commission Contract -> Standard Communication Agreement -> Correspondence with Correspondence Variants
).
Enter a correspondence variant if required.
In the commission system you can implement correspondence with or without correspondence variants .
You can also add any differing commission recipients.
When the system creates the correspondence, it checks the master data to see if differing or additional correspondence recipients have been defined.
Enter the remaining data.
Note
You can choose
Print Recipient
for information on which items of correspondence were sent to whom and on what date.
To see the correspondence history, you choose
Print Journal.
