Configure how often you want to stay in touch with your contacts to maintain good business relations with your customers.

Navigate to the Administration Work Center, select Start of the navigation pathSales and Campaign Settings Next navigation step Configure Guided Selling Next navigation step General Next navigation step Contact Interaction ThresholdEnd of the navigation path.

Enter the number of days after which you want to trigger the contact interaction recommendation.
