TinyMCE Editor Support

The text editor in Internal memo, Portal memo and E-mail now supports TinyMCE editor. This enhancement offers better performance while creating/ editing and is enabled for both Timeline and Interactions.

The existing Kendo editor has limitations in formatting and performance whereas the TinyMCE editor improves the launch time of the feeder and also switching between internal and portal memos is faster.

Scope and Configure

Enable TinyMCE Editor in Fiori Interactions. Go to: Start of the navigation path Administrator Next navigation step Service and Social Ticket Configuration Fiori Interactions Enable TinyMCE Editor End of the navigation path .
