Support of Channels in BCC for B2C

Send e-mails to channels maintained in BCC for B2C scenarios.

This feature also allows you to create tickets for B2C scenarios for channels maintained in BCC.

Scope and Configure

To enable this feature, your administrator must follow these steps:
  1. Go to Start of the navigation pathBusiness Configuration Next navigation step Implementation ProjectsEnd of the navigation path

  2. Select your project and click Start of the navigation pathEdit Project Scope Next navigation step Scoping Next navigation step Questions Next navigation step E-Mail Integration with Service Request Management for Individual CustomersEnd of the navigation path
  3. Enable the question: Do you want to create ticket automatically for BCC channels?
  4. Under MIME header setting in Start of the navigation pathAdministrator Next navigation step Service and Social  Next navigation step  Ticket ConfigurationEnd of the navigation path, add the name of the custom MIME Header.
  5. Maintain the e-mail channel as the value of your custom MIME header (mentioned in step 4) before forwarding the e-mail to SAP Cloud for Customer.
