Assignment of Multiple Unassociated E-Mails to Tickets

Assign multiple unassociated e-mails to an existing ticket.

Procedure:
  1. Navigate to Start of the navigation pathService Next navigation step Unassociated E-MailsEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Select the e-mails that you want to associate with a ticket.
  3. Click More and select Assign to Existing Ticket.
