To enable this feature, go to
Business Configuration 
Implementation Projects
. Select your project and click Edit Project
Scope. -
In the Questions step navigate to
Industry Solution Utilities Utilities Call Center and Service and under Utilities Enhancements,
select the scoping question Do you want to enable the new
contract account work center with value help capabilities for advanced
search fields?
