Editing Folders

Prerequisites

For shared folders, you have to have the relevant folder access authorization.

Find folder

  1. Choose Find Folder.

  2. Proceed as described in Folder Selection.

Display folder contents

Select a folder in the folder tree with a single click.

Display folder attributes

Open the context menu for the folder and choose Properties.

Display authorization list for a shared folder

  1. Open the context menu for the folder and choose Properties.

  2. Go to the Authorizations tab.

Subscribe to a shared folder

Open the context menu of a shared folder and choose Subscribe.

A link to the folder is stored in the Subscribed Folders folder. If you want to remove a folder from your subscribed folders, open the context menu for the folder and choose Cancel Subscription.

Moving folders

  1. Open the context menu of the folder and choose Move.

  2. Select a target folder in the Folder Selection dialog box. You can only move folders within a folder, that is, only within private folders or shared folders, or from trash to a folder in the original folder area.

Delete folder

  1. Open the context menu of the folder and choose Delete.

  2. Confirm the subsequent dialog box with Yes.

    The folder is temporarily placed in your Trash folder.

Retrieve a deleted private folder

  1. Call the Trash folder in the folder tree.

  2. Select the folder in the folder contents list.

  3. In the context menu of the folder, choose Retrieve.

    The folder is put back in the original folder, that is, the folder that it was deleted from.
