Private Folders
Use
The Private folders in the Business Workplace is used for organizing a users' documents, distribution lists, and work processes. Users can manage the information that they require for their own tasks and work processes and that does not have to be accessed by other employees here.
Users can access the Private folders in their Business Workplace. The Private folder is the root folder of the hierarchically structured Private folders and is flagged with the
icon. Private folders can contain other private folders, documents, and distribution lists. All documents, object folders, and distribution lists relating to one project or topic can be stored in a corresponding folder, including subfolders if required.
The following figure shows how you can arrange your Private folders folder in the Business Workplace.
Activities
Create a suitable folder structure for your work. You should move your inbox documents to this folder structure as soon as possible so that system performance is not reduced and you can access the information you require faster.
