Creating Proxy Service Area Resources You have to create proxy service area resources for every work center that you transfer from SAP R/3 to SAP SCM.
You have transferred SAP R/3 work centers to SAP SCM through the SAP R/3 integration model. For more information, see Generating Integration Models .
You have set up the iPPE for maintenance task lists in Customizing. For more information, see the required settings for SAP SCM in Preparatory Activities in SAP SCM .
Your user is assigned to iPPE user profile

Caution
You cannot use special characters, such as hyphens or underscores, in the names of the proxy service areas.
On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose

and select the following data:

Enter a name for the SAP SCM service area resource that corresponds to the required SAP R/3 work center. |
Recommendation
For identification purposes, we recommend you use the same name or a similar name for the SAP SCM proxy service area as used for the SAP R/3 work centers.

tab, enter the following data:
