SAP xRPM Change Document 

Definition

An SAP xApps Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) change document provides electronic documentation of changes made to attributes of objects or entities. Depending on the settings in the data dictionary and Customizing settings, change documents can be generated in the context of new object creation, change or deletion of objects or entities.
