Item Template Overview 

Use

Here you can enter, change, or delete data in an item template.

You navigate to this view by choosing Portfolio Management ® Administration. In the Item Template Dashboard, select a particular item template. When you open a single item template, the name at the top of this screen is Item Template Overview.

Prerequisites

The overview is organized into tab pages. You can determine which fields are available in the tab pages in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM), by choosing Global Customizing ® Global Field Settings ® Assign Fields to Tab Pages.

Features

In the top part of the screen, the system displays the Quick Information of the item template.

Below the Quick Information is a tab strip containing the following tab pages:

·        General Data

·        Additional Data

·        Financial Overview

·        Capacity Overview

·        Authorizations

·        Notes
