Function documentation Quick Information Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

In the top part of the screen, the system displays the Quick Information of the object (such as item or initiative) containing the key information of the object.

Features

The Quick Information contains the following sections:

       1.      Portfolio hierarchy: This displays the portfolio and bucket hierarchy in which the object is located. You can navigate to the corresponding portfolio and bucket overview pages if these pages exist in the workset.

     2.      Header attributes: The Quick Information displays the External ID, Type and Description of the object. You can configure additional for display in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM), by choosing ® Global Customizing ® Global Field Settings ® Define Object Header.

       3.      Process steps: The Quick Information also displays the steps of the process, such as an overview of the decision points and phases the object is assigned to. The decision points are represented by This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. All completed phases and decision points are represented by This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. You can navigate directly to the corresponding phase or decision point overview by clicking the name of the phase or decision point.
