Selecting All Work Items
If you want users to be notified about all work items, do not specify any single-step tasks in the selection. The work items of all single-step tasks are then selected.
You have created a category on the basis of which you can later define a subscription for delivering the notifications (see also: Defining the Category).
1. Create a selection in the administration application (see also: Defining the Selection):
a. On the Basic Data tab page, select the category.
Since the work items of all single-step tasks are to be selected, do not make any changes on the Tasks tab page.
b. On the Schedule tab page, define the schedule for the selection.
2. Save the selection.
3. To ensure that the notifications are delivered, create a subscription that contains the relevant category (see also: Defining Subscriptions).
