This key figure is defined as the number of days taken by a kanban container for refilling at the demand source. This is the total days taken by a kanban container to change from status EMPTY to IN TRANSIT in a particular control cycle.

This key figure is then averaged for a particular control cycle, taking into account the factory calendar and shift timings.
