User Name
Technical Name 0P_USER
This variable has been created in order to restrict the data in certain queries so that the system displays information relevant to the user who has logged onto the system. When the user views a query, the system calls up information about the business transactions in which the user has been entered as the owner.
We recommend that you use this variable if you work with roles in the mySAP Enterprise Portal, for roles such as the sales representative.
The variable
0P_USER has been added to the
Owner characteristic (technical name:
0BP_RESPPER).
The variable 0P_USER has been activated as a navigational attribute for the 0BP_RESPPER characteristic which means that they can be used together as an independent characteristic (technical name: 0BP_RESSPER_0USER_NAME).
This variable must be used in conjunction with the variable for the user's system (technical name: 0USER_SYST).

1. You must assign the variables to the required roles. To do this, go to the SAP menu in your Business Warehouse system and choose Tools -> Administration -> User Maintenance -> Role Administration -> Roles.
The
roles that are relevant for the Enterprise Portal and therefore for this
assignment have technical names that begin with the naming convention SAP_PCC.
For example, the Sales Manager has the technical name
SAP_PCC_SALES_MANAGER.
2. Select the role you want to change and choose the Personalization tab.
3. Double-click on the CRM_ROLE_VARIABLE_SETTING personalization object and add the variables 0CRMOM and 0P_USER.
4. Assign a priority to the variables so that the system knows in which sequence to call them up.
Ensure that the users are named identically
in all the relevant systems, that is, Business Warehouse, Customer
Relationship Management and the Enterprise Portal.
