You can do the following to maintain operational reviews:

Add screens to an operational review

Click the Add Screen Capture button to start Capture mode.

The screen is added below the currently selected location in the Screens list. For more information, see Capture Mode.

Add a PDF file to an operational review

Click Add External PDF. Then use the Browse button in the Add External PDF dialog box to locate the PDF file and click OK.

Once you add a PDF file to an operational review, it is treated the same as a screen capture.

Update or replace a screen

Click Update or Replace.

This link opens the Capture window where you can capture a screen.

The new screen you capture replaces the current one in the Operational Reviews component.

You can enter a new screen name and annotation for the updated screen, or you can retain the text from the original screen.

To update a PDF file, you must delete the original entry from the Screens list and add the updated PDF file.

Change the order that screens and PDF files appear in your operational review

Click the Order Screens pushbutton. Select a name and click Move Up or Move Down depending on where you want to move it.

Delete a screen or PDF file

Select the name in the Screens list and click the Delete pushbutton.

Delete an operational review selected in the Operational Reviews list

From the Operational Reviews list, select the operational review. Click Organize, and then click Delete.

This operational review is removed from the Operational Reviews panel in the Home component for all users who were selected to view this operational review.

Rename a screen or PDF file

Click inside the Screen Title text box, type new text, and click Save.

Rename an operational review

From the Operational Reviews list, select the operational review. Click Organize, and then click Rename.

You do not need to republish an operational review to show the new name.

Modify an annotation

In the Annotation text box, enter new text.

Change the list of application groups who can see the operational review

Click Publish Operational Review and respecify the application groups.

Edit a published operational review and then unpublish it

None

The operational review is listed as unpublished in your My Operational Reviews section. Users who previously had access to the operational review will no longer see it in their Published Operational Reviews.

Edit a published operational review and republish it

None

The operational review is listed as published in your My Operational Reviews section. Users who previously had access to the operational review will immediately see the refreshed version in the Published Operational Reviews section. The Last Update date changes so that users know it has been updated.

Edit an unpublished operational review and keep it unpublished

None

The operational review is listed as unpublished in your My Operational Reviews section of your Operational Reviews panel. No users can see this operational review unless you publish it.

Edit an unpublished operational review and then publish it

None

The operational review is listed as published in your My Operational Reviews section. Users in application groups who you selected when publishing see it in their Published Operational Reviews section. Other users cannot see the operational review.
