Filters 
Use filters to narrow your scorecard view and focus on one or more particular areas. You can select any combination of filters. Use filters to answer questions such as “How are all the objectives and KPIs that I am responsible for performing?” and “Which of the objectives and KPIs that I am responsible for are under performing?”
You can do the following with filters:
Set standard filters for time period, latest reporting date, responsible user, and status (either above or below target). Standard filter options appear in the Objectives view and Scorecard Overviews view.
Set KPI filters in the Scorecard Overviews view by a particular trend (up, down, or stable), by a particular associated objective, by leading KPIs or lagging KPIs, and by quantitative KPIs or qualitative KPIs.
Set objective filters in the Objective view by a particular theme or pathway, and a particular associated initiative.
Set dimension filters.
