Presentation Setting in Contributions 
You can set the layout of the Contributions report by setting the layout, setting row limits, suppressing portions of long labels, controlling the display of row totals, and setting user-defined hierarchies.
You can do the following to set the presentation of the Contributions report:
You can specify whether to display two dimension members, two metrics, or two time periods across the table.
You can select between two and three dimensions to appear down the table. The first down dimension appears in the outer-most column.
You can select the number of rows to rank for the last down dimension before the remaining members are collected into an All Others line item. Select the number from the Rows in last down drop-down list.
You can change presentation settings that are standard throughout Ranking, Navigator, Exceptions, and Contributions.

To lay out the dimensions, metrics, and time periods across and down the table, click Layout.
To select the number of rows to rank for the last down dimension, select the number from the Rows in last down drop-down list.
To select the maximum number of rows to display in the table, select a number from the Maximum rows to display drop-down list.
When you are displaying Time across the table, to change the default time periods, use the Periodicity and Compared to drop-down lists in the Time section.
When you are displaying Metrics across the table, you can change the default metrics by clicking Metrics in the Adjust Data section.
When you are displaying dimensions members across the table, you can change the dimension members by clicking Rows in Adjust Data.
