Objective and KPI Status Alert Scheduling 
Whenever new data is loaded into a dimensional model, you can expect that objective and KPI statuses will change. The loading of data is typically done on a schedule, so you might want to set up a scorecard alert schedule to coincide with the data load schedule.
Features
You specify the frequency you want the Scheduler to compare this month's data to last month's data.
During a periodic check, if the Scheduler finds objectives or KPIs whose status has changed, all users who have subscribed to that objective or KPI and who have selected the An objective status changed from last period or A KPI status changed from last period subscription option are notified.
Activities
To schedule objective and KPI alerts, click Add Task next to the Scorecard Alerts activity, then click Edit and enter schedule information in the available fields.
