Mailing a View 
Prerequisites
You have a PDF Reader installed.
To display and use the Include link to Strategy Management option, your administrator has set up the Enable Email Links feature.
If you are mailing a Dashboard view and including a link to the dashboard, the dashboard is a public dashboard.
Procedure
In the component, display the view you want to mail.
Click Mail to display the Print & Mail Settings dialog box.
In views that contain tables of information such as the Initiatives Summary view in the Initiatives component and the Scorecard views in the Scorecard component, you can specify whether to display grid lines. Click Display grid lines to separate the rows in the table with lines
Enter the required values.
If you want to include a Go there now link in the attached report, click Include link to Strategy Management option.
Click OK.
Send the mail as directed in the message, and then close the browser window.
Result
The report is mailed as a PDF file attachment.
When the email recipient clicks the Go there now link in the attached report, the recipient will go directly to the live view in the appropriate component in the application. Users who click this link in the report must be strategy management users, must have access to the Web server where the application is installed, and must have access to the components and contexts being used in the view. Otherwise, that user will not have access to the live view.
