You can review reports that are mailed to you.

Prerequisites

You have a PDF reader installed.

Your administrator has set up the Enable Email Links feature for you to use the Go there now link in an email. If you do not see a link, either your administrator did not set up the feature or the user who mailed the report did not select an option for including a link.

Features

You can do the following:

  • Review the report attached to the email using the PDF reader.

  • From the report, you can go directly to the live view in the application if the Go there now link is available to you.

    Depending on whether you are a user known to the application, one of the following may occur when you click Go there now:

    • If you are a strategy management user who is running the application, you see the report in the application in a new browser window.

    • If you are a strategy management user who is not currently running the application, you may be prompted to log into the application depending on your type of authentication.

    • If you are not a strategy management user, you cannot access the application and do not have access to the live report.

    • If you are running the application and you do not see the live report in the application, it means that you do not have access to the component or context on which the report is based. Contact your administrator if you want to gain access.
