Mailing a View 
The user sending the E-mail and the user receiving the mail have a PDF Reader installed.
To display and use the Include link to Strategy Management option, your administrator has set up the Enable Email Links feature.
In the Initiatives component, display the view you want to mail.
Click Mail to display the Print & Mail Settings dialog box.
Enter the values as shown in the table below and then send the E-mail as described in the message.

Type the name of the report or use the default report name. |

(Optional) Type a comment about this report. This comment will appear above the report. |
Include Link to Strategy Management |
Includes a Go there now link in the attached report. |
Display grid lines |
Includes grid lines that separate the rows in the report. |
All Initiatives |
Mails all initiatives. |
Selected Initiatives |
Mails only the selected initiative. This option is not available in the Prioritization Matrix. |
Show Options |
If you are mailing the Initiatives Summary and you want to specify exactly what information will be mailed, click Show Options to specify which information to include in the report. If you are mailing all initiatives, the report is mailed without a detail view. If you are mailing the selected initiative, the detail view will also be mailed with the initiative on the same page. If you are mailing a very large Fishbone Diagram, then the Fishbone Diagram will appear on a second page, and the initiative will be mailed alone on the first page. |
The report is mailed as a PDF file attachment.
