Deleting User Change Documentation

The user change documentation is system-specific, so after a system or client copy, delete the documentation for the users.

Context

You cannot delete user change documentation from the user maintenance transaction. Instead, we provide a report to delete these entries. The report deletes all entries for the user. You cannot select individual entries within the record.

Procedure

In ABAP: Program Execution (transaction SA38) start report Deletion of Documentation for Users (RSUSR_DELETE_USERDOCU).
Enter a user name or user group and execute the report.

The report returns a list of users with user documentation.
Select one or more entries in the list and choose (Delete Documentation).
Confirm your selection.
