Prerequisites for Using the ILM StoreLocate this document in the navigation structure

To be able to use the ILM Store (formerly the ILM Database Store), the prerequisites described below must be fulfilled.

  • You are using one of the following databases:
  • You have switched on the ILM Database Store (ILM_STO) business function. For more information about the business function, see SAP ERP Library on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/erp.   • You have made the configuration settings required for the ILM Store as well as establishing the database connection to the ILM Store. For more information about the configuration of the ILM Store, see SAP Service Marketplace at http://service.sap.com/ilmInformation published on SAP site.   • You use SAP ILM's Retention Management. For more information, see SAP ERP Library on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/erp.
