If you are in the display mode, you can display additional postprocessing orders that have the status New or In Processing for the same main, base, or related objects.
If you are in processing mode, you can execute the following actions for a postprocessing order:
Start Processing
Complete
Assign to another processor
Assign to another worklist
On the overview screen, you have selected a postprocessing order to be displayed or processed.

Displaying Additional Postprocessing Orders for Main, Base, or Related Objects
To display all postprocessing orders that have the status New and In Processing (or independent of the status) and whose main, base, or related object exists in a certain object role (main, base or related object), choose or All Orders.
The Orders for Participant Objects dialog box, which shows all objects of the current postprocessing order, is displayed. Choose the object for which you want to display the postprocessing orders.

application toolbar to display all postprocessing orders that are
New or
In Processing, and that have the main or base object of the current postprocessing order in the same object role (main or base object).
The
or
buttons in the application toolbar are displayed only if relevant postprocessing orders exist.
Displaying Additional Postprocessing Orders that Have the Same Messages
To display all postprocessing orders that have the status New, or In Processing, and the same source messages, choose .
To display all postprocessing orders that have the same source messages regardless of their status, choose .
To display all postprocessing orders that have the status New, or In Processing, and the same source messages in the same sequence, choose .
To display all postprocessing orders that have the same source message sequence regardless of their status, choose .
Displaying Change Documents for Postprocessing Orders
To display the change documents for the current postprocessing order, choose . The system displays the Display Changes: Overview of Postprocessing Order screen. This screen displays detailed information about all changes made to the current postprocessing order.

Start Processing Postprocessing Orders
In the application toolbar, choose
. Save your entries. You are now the processor of the postprocessing order, regardless of whether or not the postprocessing order is in your worklist.
If you choose Orders to be Processed by Me (1) or Orders in My Worklist (2) on the initial screen or in the filter function, the system displays the postprocessing orders for which you are the current processor.
Completing Postprocessing Orders
In the application toolbar, choose
and save your data.
For mass completion of postprocessing orders, you can use the report Complete Postprocessing Orders. It can be found on the SAP Easy Access screen under . Alternatively, you can call the relevant transaction from the application menu of the implementation.
You can use the Delete Postprocessing Orders report to delete completed postprocessing orders.
Assigning Postprocessing Orders to Another Processor
Choose and enter the name of the new processor. Save your entries.
If the postprocessing order is in your worklist, it will continue to be selected if you choose Orders to be Processed by Me (1) or Orders in My Worklist (2) on the initial screen or in the filter function.
If the postprocessing order is not in your worklist but you are the current processor, it would only have been displayed previously if you chose Orders in My Worklist (2). If you assign a new processor, the worklist will only be included if you choose All Postprocessing Orders (3) as the order assignment.
Assigning Postprocessing Orders to Another Worklist
Choose . Save your entries.
If the postprocessing order is not found in any of your assigned worklists after the change and you are not the current processor, the postprocessing order is only selected if you choose All Postprocessing Orders (3) on the initial screen or in the filter function.
To display or change worklist assignments, you can also use the functions Change Worklist Assignment or
You have received all relevant information about the postprocessing order and/or have processed the postprocessing order successfully.
To go to the next postprocessing order, choose
in the application toolbar.
The next postprocessing order is the order that is immediately below the current postprocessing order in the list on the overview screen. This postprocessing order must meet the selection criteria and not be locked by another processor.
