Defining UsersLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You have assigned logical destinations to logical systems (see Assigning Logical Destinations to Logical Systems).

Context

You use this function to decide which users you want to grant authorizations in the Postprocessing Office to display and change data that you entered in your logical system via a dialog RFC destination.

All users of your system are authorized to display and change data that was entered in your logical system via a simple RFC destination.

Note

You only need to execute this function if you want to use the Postprocessing Office across all clients or systems. For more information, see Cross-System Processing.

Procedure


  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Cross-Application Components Next navigation step Postprocessing Office Next navigation step Current Settings Next navigation step Define Users End of the navigation path. Or you can call the relevant transaction in the application menu of the implementation.

    The Users for Cross-System Processing screen appears.

  2. Select the appropriate user name.
