Assigning Logical Destinations to Logical Systems

Use

You use this function to assign an RFC destination to each logical system that you want to connect to your logical system.

Note

You only need to execute this function if you want to use the Postprocessing Office across all clients or systems. For more information, see Cross-System Processing.

Prerequisites

You have already defined the logical systems (see Defining Logical Systems).

In Customizing, you have executed the Customizing activity Create RFC Connections under Start of the navigation path SAP NetWeaver Next navigation step Application Server IDoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE) Communication End of the navigation path .

Procedure

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Cross-Application Components Next navigation step Postprocessing Office Current Settings Define Destinations for Logical Systems End of the navigation path . Or you can call the relevant transaction in the application menu of the implementation and make the required settings.
