Displaying Two or More Statistics Runs Locate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

Two or more evaluations must have run so that there are at least two statistics runs for you to display.

Context

You want to use the History tab in transaction Translation Statistics (SLLS) to display two or more statistics runs at the same time, so that you can see how the workload has developed over a specific period of time.

Procedure

  1. Perform steps 1 to 4 in Displaying Statistics as a Coordinator.
  2. On the History tab select two or more statistics runs. If you want to select every statistics run, choose Select All Select All in the application toolbar.
    Note

    Note that the statistics runs are listed in reverse chronological order.

  3. To display the statistics runs in the system itself, choose Display Display.

    To download the statistics runs, choose Start of the navigation path Statistics Next navigation step Download End of the navigation path.

    Caution

    When downloading statistics from the system, make sure that you have maintained the same decimal notation in your user profile (transaction SU3) as on your operating system.

Results

The system displays or downloads the statistics runs according to the criteria you selected. You can now compare the statistics runs to see, for example, whether the overall translation workload has increased and whether the translators are likely to meet the translation deadline.
