Last Backup 

The Backup/Recovery display of the liveCache Alert Monitors contains, among other things, information about the latest data backups.

Prerequisites

The user has been assigned a role in accordance with the authorization concept. You are in the user menu of the user with the authorizations that correspond to this role.

Procedure

       1.      Start the liveCache Alert Monitor.

       2.      Choose <Name of the database connection> → Backup/Recovery → Last Backup.

Result

Display	Default for Alerts
Last Successful Complete Data Backup	Yellow alert, if the last successful complete data backup is more than eight days old Red alert, if the last successful data backup is more than 15 days old
Last Complete Data Backup Return Code	Yellow alert, if a complete data backup is currently running, or if the monitor could not determine the last complete data backup Red alert, if the last complete data backup did not have the return code 0, or if no complete data backup has been made in the last three months

Make sure that a complete data backup is created. To do this, use the DBA Planning Calendar as described in Scheduling a Data Backup, or the Database Manager as described in Backing Up.
