Alert Monitor 

In the liveCache Monitoring user menu of the liveCache Assistant, you can find the liveCache Alert Monitor for monitoring a liveCache database instance.

Prerequisites

The user has been assigned a role in accordance with the authorization concept. You are in the user menu of the user with the authorizations that correspond to this role.

Procedure

       1.      In the user menu, choose liveCache Assistant(transaction LC10).

       2.      Enter the name of the database connection.
You can select the name from the list of existing names. You can restrict the search for the required name.

       3.      Choose liveCache → Monitoring.

       4.      Choose Alert Monitor.

Result

The Alert Monitoring is activated and the liveCache connection has been added to the liveCache Alert Monitor Tree. If necessary, the liveCache Alert Monitor Tree display should be updated. To do this, choose Refresh and Invalidate Data Cache in the liveCache Alert Monitor.
