Assigning Documents to an Audit
Component
Use this function to assign a document to an audit component or to a question list item.
You can only assign documents in change mode.
If you are using a CRM system, proceed as follows:
...
1. In the navigation area, select the audit component to which you want to assign a document.
2. In the context menu:

The document
management system screen appears, where you can define the properties of the
document. Choose |
Create ® Import Document |
Assign an existing document |
A screen appears
where you can select the document to be imported. A document management system
screen will then automatically appear, where you can change the properties of
the document that were automatically assigned by the system. Choose |
If you are not using a CRM system, proceed as follows:
3. Choose Import Document in the context menu.

management system screen will then automatically appear, where you can import
a document and change the properties of the document that were automatically
assigned by the system. Choose
to
save the document assignment.
The document assigned to the selected audit component is displayed in the navigation structure.
