Report Content
You specify the contents of customer-specific reports.
You have flagged tasks as completed. The system has written the completed tasks into the Task Log Book of the task.
1. Select the Report Content check.
2. Choose the Define Content for Task Log History tab.
3. Flag whether you only want to put tasks with comments in the report.
4. You can specify a time period for the task report output, in the Task Logs from Date and Task Logs until Date columns.

You restrict the output of entries without comments additionally, by setting-up the Customizing Task Log Book and Task Log History task.
5. Save your entries, to update the Task Log History table.
6. Go to the Tasks Log History tab.
You see all entries which appear in the report, in the same sequence.

Choose Tasks Log History to see the Tasks Log History as an HTML document.
7. Save your entries
You can now print the document as an MS Word report, with the MS Word Document pushbutton.
