Customizing Task Log Book and Task Log History 

Use

You specify the scope of the Task Log Books per task, and the Task Log History.

Procedure

       1.      Choose the Define Size of Task Log Book tab.

       2.      Specify the number of entries to be retained by the system in the Task Log Book per task.

If the Task Log Book contains more than this number of entries, the system deletes the oldest entries.

You should not set the number of entries too high, for performance reasons. The system proposes default values.

       3.      Choose the Define Size of Task Log History tab.

       4.      Enter the number of days for which the system task log is to show entries with comments.

The system deletes the Task Log History entries when you save the check. The system reorganizes the Task Log History automatically.

To create and analyze the Task Log History, go to the task Report Content.

       5.      Save your entries.
