Background documentation Set-Up Service Level Reporting Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

Set-up a new service level report, according to your requirements.

Prerequisites

You have set-up SAP EarlyWatch Alert in all systems in your solution landscape.

If you want to:

  • put Business Process Monitoring data in the Service Level Report, you have configured Business Process Monitoring in the SAP Solution Manager.

  • copy data from the Central Performance History, you can configure Service Level Reporting with CCMSPING (IMG Reference Guide).

Activities

  1. Start the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER.

  2. Choose   Solution Monitoring   Service Level Reporting  , in the Operations Set-Up area.

  3. Choose Set-Up SL Reporting.

    You go to Change Mode: Set-Up SLR.

  4. Perform the following checks in change mode:

    1. Specify Service Level Report Type

    2. Maintain General Settings

    3. Determine and Maintain Systems and Contents for Service Level Report Types

    4. Specify and Maintain Business Processes

    5. Specify Business Processes based on Business Process Monitoring

    6. Process Service Level Report Data Manually
