Service Level Report Data Manually
You want to process the existing data.
1. Start the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER.
2. Choose Solution Monitoring → Service Level Report, in the Operations area.

If you have created a new report type, the system initially gives you the service data, independently of the next scheduled date. Changes in the report type only become active at the next scheduled date.
3. Choose a link to a Service Level Report.
You go to a screen, in which the further procedure is explained.
4. Choose the link Start Service Processing.
5. Confirm the start of the background job.
6. Refresh the Work Area tab overview.
