Procedure data

Selection of one or more procedures by various criteria (for example, to display data for all urgent corrections for the selected solution, enter SDHF in the Procedure Type field)

Organizational unit

Restrict displayed procedure data by attributes, such as organizational unit, reference object, code and partner

Project header

     Select a project (Project ID field) or several projects, by various criteria, such as project type, transport path and IMG project

     Select one or more task plans

System data

Select one or more logical systems

Support Packages

Select Support Packages and notes

Transport Requests

Select transport requests and tasks

Transport objects

     Select a DDIC or Repository object

     Select a customizing object

Activities

To call the analysis:

       1.      Choose a solution in the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER.

       2.      Choose Solution Reporting Change Management in Operations.

Example

You want to analyze procedures for a solution and urgent corrections. You want to display procedure and project data. Choose Header and Project in the List of all Results group box. Expand the Procedure Data tree and enter SDHF in the Procedure Type field. The system checks whether there are procedures in the context of the specified solution, in which urgent corrections have been created. If so, the system shows the following information in a table:

     Procedure ID

     Procedure description

     Procedure type

     Created on

     System status

     User status

     Project name

     Project type

     Logical component

     Project IMG

     Transport path

     CTS ID

     Project status

Note

Not all procedures contain data in all displayed areas. In this case, the columns are empty.

You want to analyze procedures for a solution and transport request <SAPK123456>. You only want to display procedure information. Choose Header in the List of all Results group box. Expand the Transport Requests tree, and enter the transport request in the Request/Task field. The system checks whether there are procedures in the context of the specified solution, in which the transport request <SAPK123456> has been created. As there are no procedures in this context, the system sends the following message: Nothing found for the specified selection criteria.
