Job Request 
This function creates job requests to:
Create new jobs

Change existing jobs

You can display existing job requests. For more information, see Displaying Job Requests.
A job request is based on a Service Desk message with job and job documentation entries.
You have configured the Service Desk in SAP Solution Manager. For more information about the respective settings, see the Customizing for SAP Solution Manager under:
For the CRM-based SAP Solution Manager applications, you have made the iBase-specific settings. Amongst other things, you have defined your system landscape and an installation (iBase). For more information, see the Customizing for SAP Solution Manager under:
You have opened the Job Request application.
You can find and view your Service Desk message. You have the following options:
Via the Job Management work center in the Job Requests screen
Alternatively in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR
Note
All functions of the job request are available via the Job Management work center.
There are two views for the job request:
A Basic View with the Simple Job Request for end users with little knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and job scheduling
A Detail View with the Detailed Job Request for end users with SAP Solution Manager and job scheduling expertise
